3. Bachelor degree certificate (notarized)
4. Master degree certificate (notarized) for PhD only
5. Bachelor degree transcript (Notarized)
6. Master degree transcript (notarized) for PhD only
7. Two letters of recommendation from professor or associates
8. Non criminal report
9. Study plan/ research proposal of no less than 1,000 words
10. CV
11. Job experience certificate/ awarding certificate
12. English proficiency letter from university *For those countries where official language is not English need to provide IELTS/TOEFL*
13. Medical report
